Dirk Kremer

Dr. Dirk J. Kremer is a London-based facial plastic surgeon with 28 years of international experience, specializing exclusively in facial aesthetic surgery: the deep plane facelift, deep necklift, and eyelid surgery. He began his medical studies in Munich, Germany, then advanced his education in New York and San Diego before returning to Munich in 1996 for postgraduate study and intensive training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at one of Germany's leading teaching hospitals.

He achieved board certification in 2003 and relocated to the United States to study with prominent Los Angeles plastic surgeons, refining the procedures that established his reputation as one of Europe's progressive cosmetic surgeons. His training also encompassed microsurgery, maxillofacial surgery, and burn surgery. In 2009, recognizing London's emergence as a European centre for cosmetic excellence, he relocated to establish Harley St Aesthetics on Harley Street, where he now operates over 100 facelifts per year.

Every consultation is personally conducted by Dr. Kremer, without time pressure or coordinators. His philosophy is that "facial rejuvenation should be invisible to strangers but empowering to the individual" -- results that restore rather than transform, enhancing features appropriately to age and personality.

He was named in Tatler's UK's Best Surgeon list for facelift in 2019, following earlier recognitions as best for necklift (2015) and eyelift (2013), and has appeared on Channel 4's Embarrassing Bodies and ITV's Alan Titchmarsh Show. He is a German board-certified plastic surgeon, a member of the German Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (DGPRAEC), on the UK General Medical Council Specialist Register, and an international member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
